Chalk fillers

Chalk filler is an additive based on calcium carbonate (CaCO3). When used as an additive in PP, PE, GPPS, HIPS and ABS, it contributes to increasing the rigidity and weight of the part while reducing production costs. The additive worsens the transparency of the base material, but does not produce a sufficient white colour effect.

Dyes

Colour concentrates consisting of a polymer carrier and a suitable mixture of pigments. Our range includes approximately 200 different colours, including white and black. Our concentrates are suitable for colouring LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, GPPS, HIPS, ABS, SAN, PVC, PBT, PC.

MODIFIERS

UV stabilisers

They delay ageing processes and protect the polymer from UV degradation. PE plastics are the most sensitive to UV radiation. Products made from other plastics that are exposed to external factors for a long period of time should also be protected against UV. We offer UV stabilisers for the protection of: PE, PP, PS, ABS, SAN, PA, POM.

Antistatics

Antistats are modifiers that increase surface conductivity and are used, among other things, in the production of films to eliminate electrification of the film and to protect the product against dust deposits. We offer antistats for use with such plastics as PE, PP and PS.

Antiblockers

Antiblocking agents are silica-based modifiers that increase the abrasion resistance of the film during the production process, eliminate the sticking phenomenon during winding and improve thermal conductivity, which makes it possible to reduce the cooling time during extrusion. Our offer includes anti-blocking agents for use with such plastics as PE, PP

We select special types of modifiers on request, including: nucleants, antifogs, antislip, antioxidants, bacteriostats, corrosion deactivators, corrosion inhibitors, roentgen markers, porophores, slip, gamma ray stabiliser, cleaners, laser marking agents, photodegrading agents, ripening retarders, foam stabilisers and fragrances.
