This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of the ways in which the personal data of the Users of the Service ("Users") located at the electronic address www.kgl.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", is protected.

1. The owner of the Internet Service and, at the same time, the data administrator is KGL S.A. with its seat in Mościski, ul. Personal data collected by KGL S.A. through the Website is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also referred to as the GDPR.

3. KGL S.A. is particularly careful to respect the privacy of the Users visiting the Website, as well as to ensure that the presented data is as complete and up-to-date as possible, due to the informative nature of the Website.

5. KGL S.A. declares that the pages of the Service are free of any content violating the rights of third parties or any applicable law. In particular, the Service does not contain content that causes or poses a threat to privacy or security of any person, contains information that promotes illegal activities or behaviours, is offensive, threatening, indecent, defamatory or libellous, racist, ethnically, culturally or religiously harassing, promotes or supports criminal activities, infringes the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights or constitutes another form of violation of legally protected rights.

Type of data processed, purposes and legal basis

1. The User's personal data is collected when using the contact form service on the Website in order to:
   
   1. answer a question on the form,
   2. archive (where appropriate) for the legal need to prove facts,
   3. the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims in pursuit of our legitimate interest in doing so.

The legal basis for processing the data of persons using the contact form is Article 6(1)(f) the GDPR (i.e. in connection with the realisation of the legitimate interests of KGL S.A.).

2. However, if you use the contact form to send your application in response to an advertisement we will process your data on the basis of Article 221 of the Labour Code.

4. The provision of personal data to KGL S.A. is voluntary, with the proviso, however, that failure to provide the data specified in the form will prevent contact via the web form.

Sharing or entrusting data

1. The User's personal data is transferred to the service providers used by KGL S.A. in running the Website. The service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances, are either subject to the instructions of KGL S.A. regarding the purposes and methods of processing these data (processors) or they themselves determine the purposes and methods of processing (administrators).

2. KGL S.A. is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the users as a result of which KGL S.A. processes the personal data provided by them in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.

KGL S.A. reserves the right to introduce changes, withdraw or modify functions or features of the Website, as well as to discontinue activities, transfer rights to the Website and perform any legal actions allowed by applicable laws, with the proviso, however, that any actions performed by KGL S.A. must not violate the rights of the User.
